Important Notes Regarding Purchases
・About Shipping
At Re:ne, we do not keep pre-made items in stock to ensure your leather goods arrive in the best possible condition. Each piece is handmade after we receive your order. Therefore, please allow approximately two weeks for production.
※During peak seasons, delivery may take up to two months.
・Cancellations & Returns
We begin production only after receiving your order. Therefore, we do not maintain inventory. Cancellations are possible before production begins. However, once production has started, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after shipment or receipt. Please understand this policy before purchasing.
・Warranty Period
All products come with a 30-day warranty period. If you encounter any initial defects, please contact us via the inquiry form.
・Leather Characteristics
Re:ne leather goods are handmade using natural leather. As such, they may exhibit natural characteristics inherent to genuine leather, such as minor scratches, color variations, small marks from production, and differences in shade depending on the batch.
・Repairs
We handle repairs and maintenance for leather goods. While repairs are generally free of charge, fees may apply depending on the condition. Please consult us via the inquiry form. ※Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs for repairs.
